Jaqua was called to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2007 and the Supreme Court of British Columbia in 2010. She is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association, former Co-Chair of the Canadian Bar Association BC Branch Elder Law Section, member and past president of the New Westminster Bar Association and served for several years on the Board of Directors of Seniors First BC.
